Welcome to my site! This site is about my 1991 Chevrolet Caprice.

I have wanted to own one of these cars ever since I first saw them over 10 years ago. Coughing up 92000 dutch guilders (aprox US$ 45000) as a 15 year old doing paper routes proved somewhat difficult, so it wasn't until the winter of 2000 that I finally had the time and financial resources to go look for a Chevrolet Caprice Classic. After almost 6 months, I finally found this car, which was in pristine condition and had covered only 82000 miles in 10 years. It previously belonged to a funeral home.

The car is a 1991 model, and because of the peculiar way the automotive 'year' works was actually built in march of 1990, and is one of the earliest new model Caprices.

I drove the car every day for about 6 months, then retired it from daily driver duty to keep it looking it's best. I firmly believe that it will become a classic, as it is the last real body-on-frame V8 car made by GM. It's already a classic in my book, anyway.
